Desde su lanzamiento, ha mejorado notablemente la experiencia de usuarios que, con unos pocos mensajes desde su m\u00f3vil, pueden gestionar su cita en cualquier momento del d\u00eda. Esta iniciativa responde a la necesidad de mejorar la experiencia de los ciudadanos a la hora de interactuar con la administraci\u00f3n, especialmente en lo relativo a servicios que tradicionalmente requieren colas, llamadas telef\u00f3nicas o desplazamientos.
